Techbase: Warrior SBCR by Vince-T Techbase: Warrior SBCR by Vince-T
The Warrior-Class is the UPMF's newest development in fleet technology. This 5km behemoth compensates the firepower of an entire fleet.

A heavy fusion cannon mounted on its bow makes up a powerful weapon against capital ships. While able to destroy smaller ships with a single shot it still delivers severe damage to larger ones. Also, numerous heavy quad and triple DIP batteries in the midship section enable the ship to deliver devastating broadsides.

Despite its size, the Warrior is a relatively fast and agile ship. Its powerful main engines thrust it up to moderate speed, while twin control engines on the wing tips allow quick turning maneuvers.

Weaponry:
- 24 heavy Quad DIP Batteries
- 72 heavy Tripple DIP Batteries
- 120 Medium DIP Batteries
- 1 Fusion cannon

Good question. Weird answer, tho.

I came up with that term as a teenager some 20 years ago. Think it was something silly like "double impulse power", the kind of imaginary super-terms you'd find in 90's cartoons. I eventually scratched the long version and just took along the acronyme. Years later I imagined it "could" mean something like "Dynamically Infused Plasma", which is probably as close as it gets to the weapon's actual imaginary workings.
The weapon is basically a mass accelerator on a plasma basis. A plasma charge is being accelerated by a magnetic coil enveloping the barrel. "Dynamic" because I imagined the thing to be adjustable beetween power and rate of fire.

Note: I'm not a scientist and I don't claim any of the above makes any sense from a scientiffic point of view.

Who's talking about nuclear fusion? The SBCR's fusion cannon is plasma based, but here's for trying. :)

Plasma has nothing to do with fusion.

Your whimsical fantasy does not have any part with harnessed fusion, that is my technology. ENERGY WEAPONS and HARNESSED FUSION are MINE. Not YOURS. I care less with whatever is left of your fantasy once you see it without my technologies.

Right, so I don't know what you've been smoking recently, but last time I checked I can call this stuff any way I want and that's exactly what I'm going to do. You can feel free to equip whatever designs you come up with, with how you call it? Nuclear fusion? OK, go ahead. and while you're at it, man your ships with space weasles and armit with plot hole torpedoes. I couldn't give a wet snap about you and what you consider yours. Now get out of my town!

Nuclear fusion is a general term. It could apply to natural occurring fusion; stars. All that you own is everything you call it so, excluding my technologies. After all, you mentioned something that is my property.

If you say so.

Let's talk a little about space and time. It says on your profile that you are, as of now, 19 years old. As a matter of fact, I publically released the Warrior SBCR as a model around July 2004, while its designs and concepts date back a few more years. The primary weapon which I came to name Fusion cannon, was first mentioned around 2000, so at a time when you were around the age of sweet 7.

Sooooo, that established, I see two, maybe three possible explanations:
- Either you've been extremely smart at that time (sorry, but your current behavior makes me doubtful about that)
- Or at some point you have purchased the rights of the Term Fusion Cannon, in which case you surely also have opened copyright disputes with the creators of Transformers, Babylon 5 and other Sci-Fi franchises where the term is referenced.
- The age provided on your profile is false, in which would, in my eyes, severely undermine your credibility from the outset.

Now, unless you have anything constructive to add, I will now divert my attention to matters and people I consider more worth my time than you. Have a nice day. Chad
